Sections of Drago have weeds. All other trails are trimmed.
Light rain doesn't usually close the trail and we only know Barfield is closed if they tell us. If the gate isn't open, try calling the Park Office at 615-890-5333 to verify if the trail is supposed to be closed. On weekends, visit or call the Wilderness Station at 615-217-3017.
Daylight use only; Park closes 1/2 hour before dark.

Bells Bend trails are Beginner friendly and Nashville Metro Parks have FREE mountain bike rentals. Check them out at the Bells Bend Outdoor Center: Tue-Fri 12-4, Sat 9-4. Or by appointment, call 615-862-4187. NOTE: Some sections are closed due to downed trees. Call the # above to help or email vp@sorbamidtn.org.

Phase 1,2, and 3 are good to go. Phase 4 may still have some wet/muddy spots.

Parks Dept. rents out the pavilions for gatherings. If you see an event, please park at the tennis courts. Ride615 Bike Shop also has their back parking lot available as well.

There is a LARGE tree crossing the West side trail shortly after Exit 7. A reroute has been made about 30 yards before it, to the left.

The trails are only open outside of Lawson H.S. hours... after 3pm - dusk. On weekends, there is a gate that opens at 8am.

NOTICE—Both Hop Project and Humdinger have large trees that have uprooted on the trail. The trails are passable, but a dismount may be required.
Major flood damage on the Boulevard trail. Be aware, there is a now a creek crossing you have to pass in order to ride from Percy Warner Golf Course to the Opryland trails or Rocky Top trails.
Metro Parks facilities (i.e. bathrooms, pavilions, etc) are open. Trails remain open when dry.

Please avoid with wet soils, mud clumped tires means trail damage. Drainage improvements are being conducted so riders may see new structures or fresh soil disturbance and new installation of some rock grade controls. Use Stinking Creek bypass during rainy season due to septic runoff concerns.

The P3 trailhead is now open. The trail is still under construction. Be aware of tech sections and blind rock drops.
